Sainbayar Tserendorj is a qualified chess arbiter. In the big Tromsei tournament in a game between Hao Wang and Alexey Dreev there was a dispute between the Chinese and the Russian players. Wang claimed a draw on the sixty-ninth move because of three-fold repetition. Bayar ruled that his claim of repetition was correct. The FIDE rules need rewriting but the chief arbiter basically agreed with Bayar.
