Mike Lamb secures victory for Ealing over Wimbledon in his adjourned game.

Ealing led Wimbledon by four points to three in their division one clash in the Thames Valley league at the end of play on 24th January. Mike wrapped up the tie with a smooth win in his adjourned game as he established unstoppable connected passed pawns in the centre.

The last league tables were published in early December so the position in the championship race is a little uncertain but Ealing's score of six and a half from eight games plus a likely half a point from our match versus Surbiton makes us likely leaders of the table.
